  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Fulfillment Partners

  • We use third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment providers (such as Printful, Tapstitch, and other suppliers) to produce and ship products.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer once the order is shipped and handed to the carrier.

  • Fulfilled by Faith Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
